EibPort Password Protection

The eibPort software provides an authentication for all its accesses. Please avail yourself of it. Because especially when you make your device available in the internet it is very important that the access is protected by an user login. Here is where you will find the different menus about that:

• Editor + System: Protected by the "user administration" in "system" (ConfigTool).
• Java Visualisation: Protected by the "security settings" in the "editor".
• Ajax Visualisation: Protected by the "security settings" in the "editor".
• HIC (HomeInformationCenter): Allocating the password in "user administration" of the "system" (ConfigTool). In eibPort 3.0 the HIC is protected by the "security settings" in the "editor".
